18 INCH BATHROOM VANITY CABINETS

to make the doors i used 18 mm laminated chipboard here i'm using painters tape so i wont chip the board on the edges when i cut it with the circular saw here i'm cutting some 4 mm mdf, in 50 mm wide strips to make the frames on the doors that gives that shaker style look i'm sanding the chipboard with 220 grit sandpaper so the glue and paint will adhere to it here i'm making the holes for the hinges for that i have to use the holesaw here i'm degreasing the panels in prepration for the glue up for gluing the mdf strips i'm using contact cement

after that i used some clamps to hold the mdf in place untill it dries here i'm sanding the edges and the mdf with 150 grit sandpaper and now i'm using some bondo to fill the gaps and holes now i'm using 220 grit sandpaper to prepare it for priming here i sprayed 2 coats of 2k automotive primer and filler when the primer has dried i can use some acrylic caulking to fill the gap between the mdf and chipboard i sand the panel again with 320 grit sandpaper here i put 3 cews in the ladder to hold the doors here i'm using a tack cloth to clean the dust

here i'm painting the door with 2k automotive boreal white paint i gave the doors 4 coats of paint after the paint has dried i can mount the hinges and this is the bathroom that i have to remodel i have to make a door for this towel cabinet and make it the same style as the door i just made and i have to change this fluorescent light to a chanderlier i made this concrete bathroom sink about 4 years ago i made the mosaic sides from crashed tiles
