decoration ideas in minecraft

hello friends my name is j and today... wait. what are you doing on my screen c? well... how about you get off my screen and we build this stuff together for our fans? sound good? alright alright. just be sure to behave. okay? we'll start in a second so go get ready now as i was saying today we are building several lamp designs you can use in medieval rustic and fantasy style builds some are based on fire an some on glowstone but they should all be usable on both survival and creative now. let's get into building we'll begin with the fire based ones and this first one is really easy

a full block of cobblestone a netherrack on top, fire it up 2 cobblestone stairs on all sides 4 cobblestone wall on top then 4 cobblestone stairs and 2 cobblestone slabs oh come on c. we're in the middle of a tutorial sigh i'll just move on

another one i like a lot, and is very easy to build is this one start with a spruce log in the middle surround it with 4 cobblestone slabs you're fired up netherrack on top 4 cobblestone stairs around the netherrack block 4 walls on top and cobblestone slabs on the walls with 1 sticking out at the top the next one is quite easy as well and has a torch feel to it begin with 3 spruce logs, and your fired up netherrack on top of them

surround the base which 4 cobblestone stairs then 2 upside down cobblestone stairs on the 4 sides now a square in cobblestone slabs on top and remove the middle ones hey c, what do you think about these small lamps? oh great c... good job. sigh... let's just move on with the next one which is the last really easy fire lamp to build start with 4 times 2 cobblestone stairs on top of each other, leaving a gap in the center place a block of cobblestone in there with your fired up netherrack on top

now 4 stone brick slabs in the corners and then 4 cobblestone stairs on top like this on top of that, 4 cobblestone stairs in the other direction and the stone brick slab to close it off now this is somewhat harder to build and requires a little bit more space, but i absolutely love this one we'll start by placing 4 cobblestone stairs with 4 cobblestone stairs against them and then four on top now 3 stone brick blocks in the middle with our fired up netherrack on top

surround the netherrack with 4 upside down stone brick stairs and place wooden buttons on the block below them now 4 cobblestone stairs on top of the stone brick and 4 more in the other direction then 2 walls in that gap with stone bricks slab on the top and finally we'll add 1 more stair as i do here on the 4 sides oh jee... c... wake up... c well... at least he's not doing anything bad now so let's just move on the final fire lamp is a friends idea, and you'll need some pistons and redstone for this

start by placing a 7 block high pillar in any kind of blocks to work against surround the bottom block with upside-down cobblestone stairs and now we want to place 4 armor stands on these stairs place 4 blocks or slabs above them and again 4 armor stands but turn each one 90 degrees then break those blocks so they fall down above the armor stands we want to place 4 cobblestone blocks with a wall on top and then we'll push them down through the armor stands using pistons place 2 pistons on all sides and then use redstone to activate them, starting with the top 4 pistons

this will give you a really neat little detail on the cobblestone walls now place your fired up netherrack in the middle add 4 cobblestone stairs on top of the walls and then close the top off with a slab to finish and that's 6 fire lamp designs you can use for rustic, medieval and fantasy builds now let's move on to a few designs that use glowstone... and yes c, there is... we'll build a few easy ones to start and then a few difficult ones start with 4 cobblestone stairs place 4 wooden trapdoors on top

a cobblestone block and glowstone in the middle and for the top we'll use 4 stone brick slabs and a cobblestone block what's great about this one is that you can use fire in it as well however...you can only do this with fire spread to false another simple one we are using throughout the medieval village is this one start with a cobblestone block a wall and spruce fence on top your glowstone with trapdoors around it and a cobblestone slab. simple as that

now this one is based on the last one but with a little overhang start in the same way with a cobblestone block and stone buttons place a wall, a spruce fence and another wall then a cobblestone stair, wall against it and a stair and finally a glowstone with wooden trapdoors what is it now c true. but do you think our viewers need a tutorial for those? exactly... can i continue now sorry about that guys. but this next one is a little harder and takes quite a bit of space

we want to start by placing 3 spruce logs, 2 cobblestone walls and 2 spruce logs on the walls now we'll place cobblestone blocks and slabs at the base in this pattern thanks for pointing that out c but then 4 cobblestone stairs on the blocks and 4 upside down stone brick stairs at the top place 4 more stone brick stairs against those 4 stone brick slabs on top a cobblestone block and wall in the middle and a stone brick slab on the wall

the place your glowstone below these stairs and surround all of them with wooden trapdoors and then that 1 slab i forgot for the next 2 we'll need armor stands, redstone and pistons again and the first one is quite simple start with a full block and place 7 random blocks on top to work against break the bottom 2 and place an armor stand leave a block above the armor stand and place another one 90 degrees turn now place 2 pistons with a wall underneath them and push the wall 2 blocks down break the bottom piston, place a cobblestone slab and push it down 1 block

surround the bottom block with stone buttons a glowstone with a cobblestone slab at the top and finally our trapdoors. and it gives you a nice little detail in the lamp the last one is the most tedious one, but i love the way this one looks we want to start with 4 armor stands 1 block below the floor we'll place blocks above the armor stands and add 4 more 90â° turned armor stands and make them fall down by breaking the blocks place a row of random blocks on top to work against and now we want to place 4 grass blocks with cobblestone walls on top right above the armor stands

add 4 cobblestone slabs and then we want to push all these down 2 blocks using the same method as on the other lamps break that 1 block and again, we'll place 2 armor stands on top now a stone brick block above the armor stand and push it down 2 blocks we want to have a cobblestone wall on top so we'll push that down 1 block as well then our glowstone with wooden trapdoors around it and for the top we'll use a stone brick surrounded with cobblestone slabs then finally, we want to bring the corner slabs a half slab down hey... c... now you can do your thing

holy beep euhm... you might want to take cover guys... this is going to be big oh man... that was awesome but that was it for me and c guys give the video a like and share it with your friends click here for more tutorials you might be able to use or here for tutorials requested by minecrafters just like you subscribe. join the team. and click that bell to be notified when we post something new
