hi guys and welcome to fun with balloons today i'm going to show you how to make a stoplight balloon right now my daughter is obsessed with stoplights so i thought that would be fun to make it cool balloon column with stoplights so let's get started okay so i have four black quads and then i have 3 quads one with each of the colors of the stoplight so i've got a
green and yellow and red to make my stoplight so first i'm going to start off with my fishing line i'm going to tie it to my base quad and you can put a weight on this if you want you don't have to depends on if you're going to have the balloons on it or not you might want to weight i'm going to take my green quad and stick it right on top and wrap the fishing line around the
