i will now show you how to assemble a 600millimeter oven cabinet. all the hardware will be in the box that you will need. butyou will need a few other things like a cordless drill, some clamps, straight edge ruler, penciland some safety equipment. your knee pads are optional. we will now assemble the cabinet.all the instructions come within the box. we will now fix the side panel to the basepanel. all the pieces come with pre-drilled holes to make assembly easier. that's it for the side panels and the basepanel. i'll just flip it up so we can do the top rails. again, everything is pre-drilledjust to make assembly easy. the screws are also in various sizes which are mentionedin the instructions. so make sure you use
the right ones at the right time. and nowfor the other side. that's it for the box. we will now flip it upside down so we cando the adjustable legs. first of all, we will start with base forthe adjustable legs. everything is pre-drilled so that you know where to put the fixingson. you will notice the corners have been cut off on two corners. they go towards theoutside of the box and that supports the sidewall as well as the base panel. now we'll installthe adjustable leg and the foot. once that is together we will adjust our miters squareto 145 millimeters. that is the height for the kick board and that is the height we wantall the adjustable legs set at. and now we repeat the process for the other three. nowit's time to flip it back on its legs and
we can do the other adjustments. all that's left are the heat deflectors. thesego on when you put the side panels on. so there is nothing to put on now and we alsohave some blocks for raising of your oven. these go on depending on which brand of installedoven that you have. there is some other hardware left over at this stage. that's to be usedwhen we put the oven panels on at the time of dressing up at the end. and that is howwe assemble a 600 millimeter oven cabinet.
