take one sheet of tissue paper you can do it round shape or any other shape you like cut them into 12 pieces now fold them one by one as shown on the video glue the lines keep gap one line repeat the same for all now attach them all to glue the other lines now open the honeycomb ball / pom pom finally glue the two parts
tie a nylon then hang on the corner of your room or where you want to decorate
