bathroom remodeling hi, i’m mark, with lotzhome & office, here today in naperville to talk to you about a recent remodeling projectof a bathroom we have. let’s go take a look. so let’s talk about the customer’s visionhere. she really just wanted to update the look of her bathroom more than anything. wedidn’t structurally change anything, we really just wanted to bring it into the 21stcentury. so we changed the tile, we changed the vanity, and we changed the plumbing fixtures.let’s first go talk about the tile. so we took up the existing floor tile, and tub tileand replaced it with porcelain and we staggered it, we laid it on its side and staggered it,we put in two soap dishes, we put an inlay which looks really nice, and finishes it offbeautifully. we also finished it off with
a crown piece. let’s take a look at thefloor now. so what we have here on the floor is a complimentary tile. we staggered it,we put in a baseboard to match, and then we had one of the tiles cut over the vent tofit and give it just a little bit better fit and finish. i think what ties this whole bathroomtogether is its plumbing fixtures. let’s go take a look. first, we have the kohlersink and faucet, and we move over here and we have a kohler toilet, shower head and handle, towel bar, and toilet paper holder. i think that tied all the fit and finish togetherin this bathroom, complements with the wall color and the ceiling and trim color and tiesthis room to give it a nice warm and inviting feel. thanks again for joining us, technologyis a big part of our projects. we like to
talk to suppliers, be able to send pictures, email, we like to stay on top of the servicing of our customers, making sure that they’rehappy and that the projects move forward in a timely manner, so we really feel like thisis a big part of our business. i want to thank you again for joining me, mark, at lotz home& office. this is your moment with mark.
